Morocco: A Motorcycle Paradise
Trip Description
Recharge your soul and sharpen your skills with a weekend escape into the heart of the High Atlas Mountains — a short, challenging journey through some of the most notable high-altitude landscapes in North Africa, built for riders who want technical routes and real cultural contact in a compressed window.
Leaving the bustle of Marrakesh behind, you sweep through rolling hills and climb towards the legendary Tizi n’Tichka pass. At 2,260 metres you carve Alpine-style switchbacks with the world at your feet, before descending into the golden, sunbaked landscapes of the south. The destination is Ait Benhaddou, the ancient fortified city and UNESCO site that feels like riding onto a movie set.
The journey back is more than miles on the odometer. We have scouted the most scenic return routes through remote Berber villages and hidden geological wonders, with strategic stops to dive into Morocco’s famed fossil heritage and mineral-rich earth — a front-row seat to the history of the land.
