Welcome to Bike Trip. We strive to provide unforgettable motorcycle adventures and exceptional customer service. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a booking.
Booking Payments
All tour bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only after the required payment or deposit has been successfully received.
A confirmation email containing your booking details will be sent once your reservation is confirmed.
Cancellation by Customer
If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as early as possible by email or phone.
Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation date:
More than 30 days before departure: Eligible for a refund after deducting applicable processing and administrative charges.
15–30 days before departure: A partial refund may be provided based on expenses already incurred.
Less than 15 days before departure: No refund will generally be available due to advance arrangements made for accommodations, permits, motorcycles, guides, and logistics.
No-Show Policy
If a participant fails to arrive on the scheduled departure date without prior notice, the booking will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be issued.
No-Show Policy
In rare situations, Bike Trip may need to cancel or postpone a tour due to:
Severe weather conditions
Natural disasters
Government restrictions
Road closures
Safety concerns
Unforeseen operational circumstances
In such cases, customers may be offered:
A rescheduled tour date,
Credit for a future trip, or
A refund, depending on the specific circumstances.
Bike Trip is not responsible for additional personal expenses such as flight tickets, hotel reservations, travel insurance, visa fees, or other third-party bookings.
Changes to Bookings
Requests to change travel dates or transfer bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
We recommend contacting us as soon as possible if your travel plans change.
Motorcycle & Equipment
If motorcycles or riding equipment become unavailable due to mechanical issues or circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to provide a similar or equivalent replacement.
Such replacements do not qualify for refunds.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
Refund processing times generally range between 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
Non-Refundable Charges
The following may be non-refundable:
Government permits
Entry fees
Processing fees
Bank transaction charges
Taxes, where applicable
Third-party service fees already paid
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers:
Trip cancellations
Medical emergencies
Motorcycle riding activities
Personal accidents
Loss of luggage
Emergency evacuation
Travel insurance can help protect you from unexpected financial losses.
